"3 hours from Rostock and 9 hours from Austria. A perfect stop for the traveler that need a stay over in both directions. A nicely renewed old blacksmith building. Took many years. A lovely neighbourhood, but most of all a very good resturang and breakfast."

"Beautiful little hotel - the room was larger than most we have stayed in and had a barn loft feel. The restaurant was awesome and the staff were super friendly. The plate presentations were of a fine dining level of some Michelin star restaurants we have ate at. My sea bass was fantastic but the chocolate mousse was a show stopper. Great little place off the beaten path with attention to the little details made this one of our best..."

"Lovely hotel. We stayed here with our kids on the way to Poland. Great, really great food and very friendly staff. Lovely garden with a lot of animals for the children to play with, Rooms were clean, although not all of them modern. Only suggestion would be air conditioning on the top floor rooms, as it was very warm there in the middle of summer"
